These cutting boards are crafted from sustainably harvested native NH species including cherry, spaulted cherry, maple, spaulted, curly and birdseye maple and oak. A variety of standard sizes are available. We can also craft a board to any dimensions you request.They are protected with a hand rubbing of food grade mineral oil.

They can be hung with the removable leather loop that is attached through the board. They are protected with a rubbing of food grade mineral oil. Sizes vary from 9-20 " long by 5-10" wide and are approx 3/4" thick.
